Solutions : Distributed Electric vs Nukes or Coal

This could be the roof of every Home Depot, Wall Mart, Safeway, Mall, Warehouse, etc.  there are tens of thousands of such buildings and if most had Photovoltaic roofs this would mean no more need for any more coal or nuclear or natural gas plants.

This should be building code!  Would you live in a tarpaper shack or a mud hut?  After all why should we have electric or plumbing or insulation or window standards?  These just add cost and no value.
