I am going to redefine capital, and try to show what I consider to be real capitalism. And because we have all been chained up and looking at the shadows on the wall rather than at the real world I will try to use the subterfuge of calling sustainable green economics real capitalism.
The current system is really anti-capitalism because we are rapidly destroying our source, depleting our base, emptying all accounts and heading for a very bad collision with the realities of the limits of the real world as imposed by this systems waste of all resources, natural and human.
Real Capital is The Sun. The Earth. The Entire Universe. Human Beings. Knowledge and Culture.
The Earth turns through the void near a star which shines upon its surface, the surface is composed of all the material elements we need to survive, if the sun stops shining, nothing will grow, the processes of life forms converting raw materials to useful minerals and organic compounds would halt and the earth would become frozen in an eternal ice age form pole to pole.
How much is the service of the Sun worth? It provides all that powers everything we do. Who is in control of that service? Who gets to say well you see now we over here at the Fed and at the Big Bank we get to say that this or that way of doing things, of controlling things, of controlling you is the way it is because ... because Why? How much of that interest payment or taxes due made that seed pop open in the fertile soil and grow into that which sustains you? How did that bank make it rain on the fields? Did the bank and insurance agent spin the earth to its position making the gravity which allows all things on earth to stay here on the surface?
Did the lawyers and the Experts at the Fed determine the rate at which tress in the forest grow, how much mineral erosion or deposition makes for a healthy fertile flood plain. Did the corporations determine the laws of physics and mathematics such that they created the possibilities of all our technology?
How much is the soil worth, the plants of the earth, the services of the macrobiotic environment and the services of the bio-regionally evolved life force? Who is in control of those services, Who gets to say well you see now we are the experts and we know to utilize these things and set values on all the things and services that can be extracted from these goods and services of the Earth?
Real Capital is Knowledge, technical, social, environmental, systems, philosophical, and Exponential Capital is the application of Wisdom to knowledge.
Real Capital is every single human being alive today. The potential within. The realization of which is infinite in comparison to what we now have in the suppression and limitation of all humans by false capital. If all 7 Billion humans could be drawn out in to their potentials and free to work and play in a sustainable environment the results would be a many fold increase in the production of goods and services that are really "Good" and really services.
Real Capital is not dependent on numeration, quantification, control by centralization, or growth, in fact real capital does not care at all what humans may or may not do in their stupidity or wisdom it will either sustain or it will destroy, it can be depleted and the human race will go away, real capital does not depend on humans it will rebuild itself over the next hundred million years and bring forth the next best evolutionary innovation.
Real capital can be harnessed by the human race and the human race can then take up a mission of potentiality and growth, what I call infinite growth, infinite because sustainable systems can go on for ever, or as far as we know now until the sun burns out.
Real Capital is not dependent on growth or profit, it is dependent on providing real quality goods and services that actually meet human needs, individual human needs. The more labor intensive, the more research and innovation required the better. But it requires a complete 100% rethinking of the trap of Money. A Real Capital Economy could be booming and growing in terms of people working and services rendered at the same time the use of materials and the exchange of commodities could be plunging, the use of stuff could be transformed to use of fewer and fewer long lasting quality artisan type things, and actual provision of services by small local enterprises without huge over hanging corporate structures gigantic waste of human resources satisfying the demands of false capital. Life could be getting better and better and people getting richer and richer, in terms of quality of life, time off, health and education, having permanent possession of a smaller but secure ownership of home and no fear of the predations of false capital taking everything away at any moment.
Real Capital considers each Human Being as endowed with the potential within at birth and that each person has the rightful claim to all of the Capital that they are endowed with and at no cost or charge to them by some other human or institution. The seed has within it the potentiality of the final grown plant and it's yield plus it's return to the cycle of nature. As thus a human being born has the eventual potential of all that that person can be and can produce within, and that is the rightful claim of each person to have and own their own real world manifestation from birth to death. The current anti-capital system says the person is worth nothing, and must fight and struggle and oppress and exploit others in order to become part of and partake of the cultures systemic accumulation of imaginary symbolic value.
