Occupation

It is my contention and complaint that in fact the largest 43,000 thousand transnational corporations on planet earth have captured the governments of and people of the world in an undemocratic coup de-etat which has established a tyranny over every aspect of human existence and all our endeavors. I state that the corporations and the states are wrongly in occupation of our lives and our world in that:

They occupy the air we breath first by poisoning it with mercury and lead, dioxins and all the components of green house gasses, and thousands of other chemicals and they tell us despite scientific knowledge otherwise that it is not of concern. They appropriate and occupy our air through legal trickery and fill the air with radio waves, television broadcast, microwave powered communications and they tell us it is for our own public interest. They occupy the air with jet fighters and strategic bombers and remote controlled surveillance drones and drones loaded with weapons of death and tell us it is the nature of a peace loving people to protect freedom and liberty even though the majority repeatedly states a different point of view.

They occupy the water by appropriating the right to it right down to telling us that if we collect water in a rain barrel we are violating their legal water rights for use in industrial agriculture or industrial power production. They occupy all the water of the seas by filling it with radioactive isotopes and thousands of chemicals spewing out of factories and chemical processing plants and from their war games telling us the levels of poison are within the legal limits they have created. They occupy all the oceans with fleets of fishing vessels and oil drilling platforms and submarines and air craft carrier groups and shipping vessels including oil tankers and vessels that ship all sorts of other toxic cargo and they tell us this has no impact on a limitless expanse. They occupy the oceans with plastic garbage and toxic spills swirling in great accumulations of entrapment and death for the beings that still live in the sea. They occupy the oceans with huge puddles of toxic petroleum products leached off their industrial agriculture plantations and out of the factories and off of the roads creating gigantic zones of sterile anaerobic death off of our coastlines. They occupy the oceans with factory food processors and fleets of ships that have decimated and destroyed 90% of the fish and the by catch species of the sea. They occupy our fresh waters our rivers and streams and lakes with the same pollutants and degradation and leave us with waters that are not fit for consumption and are not fit for our native species of fresh water aquatic life,and then they tell us that we must use the water that they will provide at a cost to us, that it is not safe for us to get our own water for ourselves. They occupy the water that is provided to us for a price with chemical treatments and additives for public safety and inform us that we are lunatics if we oppose such things being put in our water.

They occupy the land and all the soil on every square inch of the surface of the planet first by contamination with radioactive substances and then with the thousands of toxic chemicals they put in our air and water and on the industrial crops and the toxins and radioactivity sent in to the sky and the water by the global war machine all around the world including right here at home in their practice of war games on military bases and the huge military industrial complex that they say needs not be monitored due to "National Security". They occupy our land by stealing it from the majority in periodic planned financial crises, real estate crashes and commodity manipulations by multinational corporate players in concert with government policy. They occupy our landscape coast to coast by the mechanism of the mortgage and the never ending chain of interest and debt with banks owning the larger part of our homes and our small businesses and farms. They Occupy the landscape coast to coast with chain franchises and cloned shopping strips and the endlessly replicated urban boredom of the same thing everywhere, starbucks, mcdonalds, arco, exxon,jiffy lube, borders, KFC, office depot, walmart, home depot, crushing small local business and grinding all into monotonous conformity. They occupy the urban landscapes with their advertising and corporate logos put up on every available possible surface that they think may be profitable to themselves. They occupy all the great open spaces with fences and land boundaries public and private and occupy public lands at our expense for the use of private corporations and the exclusion of the public. They occupy all the public lands and lay claim to them by privilege and cede to us that we have to pay to enter our own lands. They Occupy the once wild timber lands with millions of miles of roads built with taxpayers money extending everywhere in to the depths of the national forests and everywhere destroying all ecosystems balance and they tell us it is for the betterment of our economy. They occupy the land through taxation and debt and laws and economic policies that force landowners to utilize all land for profit and do not allow for any lands to be left alone and free to be what they intrinsically are. They occupy the lands of the earth with their theory of war and the right of using force and the willingness to deploy force anywhere on the planet and start dropping millions of tons of bombs and use depleted uranium munitions and any chemical and explosive and incendiary means necessary to achieve their ends, having and having in fact practiced scorched earth policies as acceptable political economic policy.

They occupy our homes. Yes indeed they do. If we pay rent or have a mortgage then surely they have occupation in the form of legal writs of the death pledge with us or our landlords . They occupy your home through taking your mortgage debt and bundling it off in derivatives and collateral debt obligations and combining these with investment in all other industries and then making war war and banking and exploitation globally. They occupy our homes because when we signed the promissory note and took on the debt, they really did not have any money it was just a generally acceptable business practice that they are allowed to create debt, out of thin air, and that we sign the note and are contractually obligated to pay back the money they never had. They occupy our homes and though we have worked and paid for it likely more than once they say that they are being good to us for we are going to own that home some day, but in fact due to the real cause of inflation being taxes and interest payments the market and real estate crashes will mean that we have less at the end than at the beginning. They occupy our homes because we pay them in order that they own out homes and we get to pay for fixing it the whole time they own it. They occupy and own out homes as no matter if we pay it off and own it on paper they will still come and ask for insurance and for tax payments and require that we obey all their laws and rules about being hooked up to their water and their electricity and have access to our land if under it at any time they find such as petroleum natural gas or minerals. They occupy our homes in that all the materials and products used in the construction of our homes were exploited from the natural world and the real price for these materials was not paid, it was stolen with debt and we and our children will pay for that someday as well. They occupy our homes with building materials manufactured using toxic chemicals that off gas or deteriorate and poison us slowly over time. They occupy our homes in that it was built to be larger than needed and was not built to a good energy use standard and hence the corporate electric and gas utilities have you over a barrel paying two or three times more than you need to pay to heat your home.


They occupy our wallets. Go ahead and look in there. They occupy every transaction we have every day of our lives through the collective bankers centralized economic control called deceptively, The Federal Reserve. They occupy our minds because we thought it was money in our wallets and it is just a legal fiction manufactured by a bankers collective. They occupy our lives in that we need their notes, their writs of permission to do anything anywhere anytime. They occupy our lives every time we use cash checks or credit to complete any function anywhere and anytime, they get a cut and they are keeping track of everything we do in order to get that cut.

They occupy our bodies substituting chemicals and additives for real foods manufacturing flavors and aromas and pheromes to trick us into consuming non food food products. They occupy our bodies by making foods out of genetically modified plants and animals and without our consent have us consume products that we do not wish to consume. They occupy our intention to be healthy by attempting to push foods that are not labeled correctly or are labeled using false and misleading representations. They attempt to occupy and co-opt our chosen way to eat locally and organically with foods that are not local and not organic but are represented as such. They occupy our bodies with all the chemicals and pollutants that they occupy the air and the water and land with. They occupy mothers breast milk with dioxins and mercury, they occupy male reproductive organs with depleted uranium and radioactive isotopes and other toxins. They occupy the sick and the old and the mentally ill and the sad and the anxious with pharmaceutical drugs and chemicals that are pushed not because they help or cure but because they make large profits. They occupy the sick and the dying in medical institutions by overloading them with operations and procedures and keeping alive anyone who has resources or insurance until they are completely drained and then throw them away. They occupy women"s wombs desiring to control by force the right of decision about birth control or family planning. They occupy our sexuality with a constant stream of stereotypical corporate idealized beauty and how men and or women should behave. They occupy the male psyche and body violently at birth with the custom of circumcision. They occupy female consciousness and development through never ending media and entertainment images of impossible to achieve beauty and absurd submission to patriarchy.

They occupy our minds from birth till death through the never ending nonstop every where subconsciously mesmerizing commercials and advertisements and media implants in the news, in the movies, on the shows made for consumption, the pop music and what is chosen to be marketed and what is denied production. They occupy our conscious and subconscious by invading and expanding their media advertising occupation into every nook and every cranny of what used to be open and free space. They occupy our minds through the simplified lies of history written by propogandists for perpetuation of nationalism and patriotism. They occupy our minds with the religion of free market capitalism and liberalism. They occupy our minds with violent militarism and american exceptionalism and manifest destiny and a complete false presentation of the history of the world. They occupy our minds with the false idea that our nation is a christian patriarchal creation and that religion especially christian religion is to be a model for all of us. They occupy ours mind by taking us away from the real world and distracting us all into a bizzare mythos of consumerism and high tech puffery. They occupy our minds by hypnotizing us from birth with a never ending stream of violence, glorification of wars as history, movies where the solution is always quick and violent.

They Occupy our children in every way they occupy our air, water, soil, food, our body and our minds but more so as our children have less experience of the real world that once was and is rapidly being occupied.

They occupy our very genetic code and life force by forcing us to be party to genetically modified foods, medicines and genetically modified. Then they occupy the unmodified world by claiming that we stole it from them.

They occupy our federal government by owning it, they occupy our state government by owning it and they control our local government by owning all the resources it might want to get at through the banking system. They occupy the Judiciary branch by having overwhelming control of the processes of judicial appointment or election.
They occupy the congress and the senate both of the Federal Government and all the States and all the other nations of the world through having a size and scale that most of us cannot even comprehend.

They occupy the Arctic and the Antarctic the Rain Forests and the all Deserts of the world, all the plains and steppes and the badlands, the occupy and all the seas, all the oceans, all the rivers and all the lakes, all the wetlands and all the tundras, the high mountains and the low hills, they occupy it all with clearly stated intent to use and exploit pollute and destroy as they see fit and when they make a big mess they have our occupied governments and our occupied media ban unauthorized persons from seeing or reporting on the truth.

They occupy all the world with death and desolation and the ever growing extinction of species, poisoning us and making us all sick, creating a dearth of living species other than humans, the oceans are being emptied, the skies silenced and depleted, the forest are becoming empty sterile landscapes.

They occupy outer space no less not satisfied with occupying the air, and they show their intentions by occupying outer space with military satellites for surveillance and control and machines of death interconnected with their vast military complex using it for raining terror and destruction on any who oppose their occupations. They occupy all of humanity with unease and discomfort by having nuclear missiles that can cruise through outerspace and strike death to millions at a the touch of a button.

They occupy all of humanity with terror and fear, and they must, because happy well adjusted human beings living lives of fulfillment and exercising freedom and liberty in choosing their own lives and futures would not stand for such an occupation. They occupy our fear with their infinite willingness to use force and violence to achieve their goals.

Therefor:

I as one human being of the Six Billion Nine Hundred Thirty Million human beings who make up the 99% a, serving notice that:

The authorizing legal instruments that have allowed for the grievous occupation of our domains our governments and our very rights to life liberty and the pursuit of sustainable co-existence are no longer recognized.

The governments controlled by the corporations and the billionaires are not the real representatives of the people and the nations they rule, the governments are merely extensions of corporations, originally granted the legal privilege of operating as such by the people through our former representative governments.

That the corporations and our governments have been given undue time and opportunity to come through on their claims about how things work, and great forgiveness and repeated allowance to make good on their claims as to how the free markets and capitalism and finance and banking will create the best possible world.

That the facts speak loudly and clearly that the capitalists and the bankers and the corporations have failed utterly and indisputably, continuing shamelessly to exploit all that can be exploited and to waste and destroy most of the peoples productive capacity while destroying and wasting away the real capital of our planet on their schemes.

Therefor I will not stand for the unethical and destructive occupation to continue.

Therefor I do not recognize that the current governments and corporations have any binding or enforceable authority because they are run by very small non representative percentage of the worlds population, less than 1/10 of 1% that is rootless, place less, ruthless, unethical, and completely alienated and disconnected from having any interest in our rights the rights of all humanity to live in peace and without fear and terror and to the enjoyment of our natural and divine right of life liberty and the pursuit of our highest and best human potential.

I suggest and request that If you are in a position of power or an elected official, step down, take a few weeks for reflection a come down to the streets and join the people, then make a pledge to support the 99% become a human being in a world of abundance and infinite possibility.

I pledge to keep working against the corporate occupation till victory or death.

The 1% and the 99%

I am getting worried about the Occupy Wall Street movement using the 99% and 1% thing as a momentum building symbol. The 1% is a pretty large slice of the population, in the USA it would be approximately three million people and comprise about 1.4 million households. Every 100th person you pass on the street or encounter daily is a part of the 1%. Most of this 1% are small business owners, professionals, small time real estate investors and quite a lot of average income workers who were frugal, smart and had the luck of not getting sick in their lifetimes, many are middle level bureaucrats in government and business. I myself am close to being in the 1% by the time I retire if I don't get some bad cancer or illness or loose my job. It really is not the 1%, or the income level of the 1% that is the problem. The problem is the 1/100 of 1%, perhaps the 1/10 of 1%, and certainly the 1/1000 of 1%. The richest 400 persons in our nation have more wealth then the 150 million. That has nothing to do with the 1%. This is concentration of wealth and power over the monetary economic system akin to Roman Emporers and beyond the wildest dreams of aristocrats of the old world order prior to the American and French Revolutions. The danger here is that we are drawn into a critique of the order that we wish to change to a better system, but we are in the oppressive system and of it, we still believe the hegemonic ulterior subconscious doctrines and pedagoguery of the order that we are striving to break out of. We think in terms of money and wealth and power in the very ways those who control all the levers and controls of the regime have set out for us. But we are decieved because all the social structures and the systems of the markets and our so called democracy are not what they are represented to be. We are fighting for justice within a system that represents itself as one thing while being in fact the opposite. This is what hegemony is all about, absolute power, and cognitive dissonance. No matter how hard you try using the tools of the oppressor you end up oppressed. And this system has been in operation since the very start. There was no great society and no wonderful world of the USA after WW2 and no light of the world in America after the 1776 revolution. The revolutionaries of 1776 were not about changing the rules of the game they were about taking the power position from the King of England and the Church and consolidating that power in the freedom and the liberty of the new American Aristocracy. This Aristocracy discovered the magic of "democracy" and the "free market" and that if you can get the general public to believe in the myth of and the illusions that they are free and that they elect their leaders who then govern while the real power is held by the very few out of sight and out of mind then the problems that arise out of the troubles of the true rulers waging wars both physically and economically can be blamed on the peoples representatives and ultimately on the people themselves. This is a far superior mechanism of oppression then feudalism or outright slavery or Monarchy as the people historically rise up and make demands of or kill off the ruling class when it is clearly identified. So identifying the 1% as the problem sets up a perfect foil for the real ruling class. Not the least of is that you are stuck arguing about income disparities and statistics and how unfair it is that someone has a few million in assetts or earns 300-500,000 a year, rather than focusing on the fact that now in this "Book keeping" capitalism if you pay attention to the folks at the International Bussiness Daily or the Economist, now just to get by one needs to be a millionaire. Inflation and growth along with the decrease in the price of most things now mean that a million dollars is crumbs. Really the 1% are the middle class now. The 1/10 of 1% are the rich and the 1/100 to 1/1000 % are the ruling aristocrats. So we are running around bemoaning the fact that 1.4 million americans are actually having middle class lives while the other 99% don't . So, how could a system be devised so that the mechanisms of human transaction and services end up making us all the 1%? And why in hell would anyone believe that Warren Buffet or Bill Gates is really worth 50,000 millionaires??? I mean come on. Are we insane? Because they were really clever and new how to manipulate stocks and bonds and the numbers piled up on the books? They worked 50 thousand times harder and longer than the average millionaire? So we have to say to the capitalist and the free market libertarian. I do not believe you you are a liar. Back to the 1%. IN a ideal economy, perhaps a democratic economy, the average person would in fact be worth a few million dollars. Why not? You likely think this absurd because you are in the realm of the myth that there is a great shortage of everything. But there is no shortage of anything in this world only structures that destroy the abundance and cut off the efficient and sustainable production of the goods and services that are really needed for humans and the world to thrive and the substitution of addictive consumerism to useless junk and the societies resources directed to war and death and destruction of the environment. The war economy sucks up hundreds of millions of lifetimes of productive enterprise and turns it into waste and destruction around the globe destroying the capacities and freedom of other nations, the consumer culture of having larger houses and filling them with cheap knock off crap extracted from the environment at huge unaccounted for expense bankrupts the present and destroys the future, the huge manipulation of toxic chemicals and pharmaceuticals to cure the sickness induced by industrial exploitation of the world and its people is a gigantic waste of more human capacity, and finally the isane structures of debt and taxation reap most of what the poor hypnotized confused people have left over and force them into slavery in the system of oppression and destruction of the wealth of the world. We are working hard for our slave masters and producing a huge negative production and amassing a huge real debt of destruction of the world that could easily support us all in abundant sustainable wealth and happiness by not being consumers and not being at war with all the people of the world and by cooperating with natural processes and by following real integrated science towards perpetual changing evolving economics and interaction forever. We could be getting richer, healthier, happier, and have all that we need and more and have a shrinking economy in the terms of the current paradigms of free markets and growth. Because we do not have free markets and we do not have growth. We have a system that twists everything around to maximize the concentration of wealth in an numerical accounting system, fiendishly rationalized as just and scientific because after all we all know that mathematics is scientifically the truth, and then uses structures that devalue and avoid accounting for the majority of all real costs and denies the real value and compensation of the people who do all the work. The price is theoretically set by the free market but in reality the price is denied, the debt is a manufactured lie and the damages done are not recognized nor allowed to be accounted for. All accounting is regulated and ruled over by those who have accumulated masses of symbolic transaction rights through bizzare legal mechanisms and conventions of formality all invented and made up by the very segment of the population who benfit from this. All the while the entire over arching monetary and debt system is kept up and delivered as some given scientific fact of indisputable and concrete absolute fact of existence that only mad persons and lunatics would ever even bring up for discussion. Back that 1%. If one takes the position that the ruling class is in fact the most oppressed class one can open up to the possibility that they can be freed. Take the position of an alien cultural anthropologist looking at the human race on planet earth. Who is the most brainwashed? Who is the most comfortable person at this table? Who lives in the perfect utopian world right now. And why would this person want to change anything? Again likely the 1 million of that 1% are not in the utopian world, they can still fall, they can still get taken down. It is nice to be worth 10 million but really, one law suit, one bout with cancer, one bad business decision and things can get reversed. It's when your worth 100 million, now your pretty damn secure, loose 90 million and you can still shuck a million over to your lawyer lobbyists and get back up and going with some political favors or hire a secret service company to get even with whoever it was who cut you down. If your worth a billion or more your in what we are still thinking about millionaires as, rich, millionaires are not rich they are well off, Billionaires are rich, too rich. So if you are a billionaire why would you want to change anything? After all you don't get blamed for your poor choices and when you loose 50% you are still a billionaire. The congress gets blamed and the president gets blamed, and the 1% gets blamed, your are just a nice guy who made the American dream.

The Analogy War

The aliens arrived on 12-01-2012 and all Hell broke loose.

Not just one species, but two species at war with one another.

A large firefight between two fleets was observed with the results of one fleet being destroyed completely, and the other suffering 95% losses and the capable space ships fleeing the solar system. Left behind were several hundred ships from both sides in various states of disrepair and several thousand aliens of both species.

Both sides managed to land survivors and supplies and they choose to land fairly well on opposite sides of the planet, one group choose to land in China and one choose to land in the USA, choosing as it was later found to take over the most industrial places in order to build up and fight on with the population of Earth if some time were to elapse before the respective fleets could come back to fight it out and or rescue them.

After summarly shooting down several nukes and wasting the entire naval forces of every country on earth the red fleet of emergency shuttles settles down on the White House lawn, and the Yellow fleet set down in Peking.

The President of the USA was summoned to see the commander of the Red fleet and instructed that the full capacity of the USA was required and loyalty to the reds is the war against the Yellows. And furthermore all persons would have to submit to the authority of the Reds Republican Language Authority immediatly and start paying all tribute as soon as fitted with the Language.

The President of China was summoned to see the commander of the Yellow fleet and instructed that the full capacity of the Chinese was requried and loyalty to the yellows in the war against the Reds. And furthermore all citizens would have to submit to the authority of the Federal Time Authority and start paying for all time that persons are alive under the authorities jurisdiction.

At the CIA headquarters wheels were spinning and specialists were confused.
Apparantly the Reds somehow used language, words, communication as a way of trading and for status and something similar to money and taxes, and the Yellows used time as a system of transacting all exchanges.

When the president spoke back to the Red commander, he was screamed at, "silence", you have no language here! Each of my words is a debt to you worthless savages of a million years labor and tribute. You may speak only when I grant it.

When the Chinese Premier was summoned to the Yellow commander, he was after being told what the situation was immediately removed from the commanders conference room whilst attempting to speak back and was bruskly told that he had no time that the commanders moments of speaking to him were worth a thousand of his worthless lifetimes, and to shut up as he was now indebting himself to time he did not have to trade with his escorts.

Shortly all persons on the red side were implanted with devices that kept track of what you said and you were charged a tribute tax to the Language authority, and all the Yellows were fitted with time piece implants and charged tribute and time to the Time authority.

Baffled by it all neither side had any concern for money or taxes and they were obsessed with some bizzare accounting of time and language useage. Constantly going around and giving people bills for time and language and what was owed in equivalent in the future as goods and services and or pledged labor like a mortgage or credit card deal dealing wiht money.

The 99% movement is really a great reality check movement.

Green Phoenix Has Some Basic Reforms for Consideration:

First and formost is the ending of the private bank consortium named deceptively and which most people think is thier governments treasury and the bank of the united states, namely the Federal Reserve Bank of the United States. And the taking over of all monetary policy by the democratic process.

The dismantling of all large corporations. This is another 99% issue. The top 1% of corporation and really the top few thousand corporations including banks and finance are the major problem. Green Phoenix advises breaking all corporation down to individual smaller companies no larger than $10 Billion to 20 Billion of revenue per enterprise. No Corporation should be allowed to be larger than an average sized state. One exception might be disappearing corporations formed to take care of extra large special projects that may become possible in a real democracy such ad building a continental mass transit system or an entire new energy system.

The end of speculation and related trade and commerce that is entirely and purely the enterprise of creating legal instruments to trade debt and risk and hedge losses in the short term. Real investment should be a mechanism to build real business, production and services, not the trading back and forth of and round and round of paper and debts. To this end currency trading, derivative trading, CDO's and computer driven trading programs are to be curtailed. The capital gains tax rate will be 90% on any trade of less than a day, with a 5% surcharge for the accounting hassles. Trades held less than a Month will be taxed at 75%, less than six months 50%, and less than a year 40%, less than ten years 25%. Capital investment held ten years or more will be taxed at 20% and indexed for inflation.

The tax rate on the top 1% of income earners and corporations will pay a 5% surcharge on income, all income for each 1/2 % the national unemployment rate is over 5%. This basically puts skin in the game for the wealthy and the big corporations and gives them a reason to support high employment.

Money to be created by ending taxation by the Federal Government and instead of money being created and the economy grown by consumerism and debt, the money supply will be grown by the Central government bank, now not the Federal Reserve but ,our reserve, paying benefits and bills and helath care and student loans etc directly as grants and or 0% loans. Excess money is to be drained off the economy with taxation, and or the destruction of currency as 0% loans are drawn back in.

Jubilee. Simply all debts have to be canceled and 1/2 that debt is to be credited to the debtor and 1/2 to the creditor. That is all debts no exceptions. This is to reset the whole world and not punish or blame anyone or any institutions. And this is to show that it is our choice to choose to have any system of currency transaction that we wish to have. All assets will be owned for a period by who owned them or had debt on them for a short time.

Global currency with a unified global set of environmental and labor rules. Very simply right now the corporations are global and they use the fact that the world is chopped up into about 200 seperate states and 200 seperate governments to manipulate currency and commodities and any means of monetary policy to wage war on the people of the world and increase profits. this is also the reason for breaking down corporations to being broken down to reasonable size.

Debt the First 5000 Years

What does debt have to do with it? Just about everything.

I highly recommend for anyone with any interest in why things are the way are to read the book " Debt the First 5000 years" by David Graeber.

Graeber is to modern economics as Hitchens is to Christianity.

In other words economics and how it is practiced to control the world and run the world in a constant war and crises mode carrying on the myths of shortages and debt as constant unavoidable givens in a free market word is a bunch of mumbo jumbo pablum, even if the mumbo jumbo is in fact backed up by guns, laws, police, an insane military force, nuclear annihilation and a global financial-media-educational leviathan that all believe in the false god, socially created debt.

The world and the natural cycles of life and creation of all that we need, food, air, water, resources to house and cloth ourselves cannot support a debt economy. The world cannot support forever a debt economy , a sin based, oppressive regime of constantly demanding more and more, and making all work and produce more and more all in service to an illusion that can never by quenched, never paid off, never can work on a full scale global system.

We need to turn all the current systems of accounting and banking and ideas about human worth and how to go about getting money into systems on their heads.

I am not born in sin and I don't believe that I owe anything to anyone, other than to be here now and make the best of this world, to use my endowments from the universe and from the generations of humanity in a sane and reasonable manner, and to not over consume or burden the world or anyone. If all I can do is sit in my house and watch TV and go Mountain biking that is good enough, my being, my consuming my endowment allows all those in the creation of goods and services process to be doing and getting enough. If I am hyper sociopathic and running around making millions of dollars and subjecting hundreds and thousands of others to my oppression and overconsuming in having multiple huge houses and huge stock and bond and currency accounts than I am consuming others endowmentss, I am become death the destroyer of souls.

I'll make my case again.

In the new economics there can be no transaction debt. Only credit. Both sides of a transaction will get credited. Not one side gets a credit, and one side gets a debit, and a third party gets a slice . Both parties get a credit. But..
everyone only gets so much credit to start with and no one gets 100's or thousands or millions times more regardless of position.

A system must be promulgated then that rewards you for not using your endowment. In practice compensation must be linked to consumption as well as productivity. The consumption of energy and things that pollute being the point. For instance you and your neighbor get the same compensation, but you ride your bike to work every day, your neighbor collects hot rods and drives an old classic car to work, thus you get extra "non consumption credit" he gets "consumption penalties". You buy most of your food from a local coop and farmers market, your neighbor likes to eat out at chain restaurants and buys lots of imported wines, you get "low carbon footprint credit, your neighbor gets " high carbon penalties". Such things could be in this computer age be computized and put on all goods and services globally pretty easily considering that billions of credit cards are kept track of with no problem all with multiple rates and fees and etc.

War has to end as the base for creation of debt and the manipulation of such debt through bonds and currency and private central bank schemes into national currencies and virtual money. The current insanity of cycling the productive output of the global workforce into debt and then destroying the wealth either in wars or in speculative bubbles has to stop. We need a system that makes work and services the base, a demand side economics with the base being human needs not war and debt service feed some bizzare accounting system invented by persons subdued by notions of human sin and worthlessness based out of slavery and feudalism and the ancient ways of war and victor gets all including all rights over human life and liberty.

We need to start with a system that look at what the 7 billion people of the world need now to prosper, and what needs to be done to make the world sustainable in the long term and them create the mechanisms for doing this right now. Right now all the people are here who can do the work, and all the resources needed are here right now, and all the knowledge and science is here right now. Missing is the political will to do what is needed as those in power and in control of the false unreal economy are enthralled by their positions of power and wealth and live in fear and dread that the masses would realize the phantasy and ridiculousness of the current system.

Really what the bankers fear is this: That you wake up one day and realize this:

If all able bodied human beings on the planet, lets say 2 Billion of us, were put to work even at half time, efficiently and to good result doing what needs to be done, each could produce the same or better than the average corporate employee, and the global GDP would be 10 times what it is now. We could be building a beautiful world, producing less things, and producing more quality services and education and health care, and fixing the environmental damage and living better simpler lives with a demand side economics, with a endowment to each human being each year economics, with a no debt economics. The bankers fear that you will ask, if Gross Domestic Product is 15 trillion , where did last years 15 trillion go , and the year before that, and if capitalism works as you say why are any of us working all these years of GDP added up and then the interest and stock growth should mean that all the world is rich and prospering now? The banker will just say it all complicated and arcane and you we just can't understand these mysteried. but there is no mystery. The banker and the economist must destroy all that you produce because you are capable of producing enough in a few years to satisfy all your needs and all the needs of your family and freinds and your community in cooperation with each other and live a life of ease and comfort, the banker never wants you to realize this as this would be the end of him and his never quenchable need to take away everything. We need to stop this soon as these insane persons are moving inexorably towards the ultimate destruction of all the whole world.

On the light side from the book Debt the First 5000 years, it can be concluded that we in the ruling portins of the world do live in a rare era of human relations. I do not need to worry about offending my local lord and having my eyes gouged out for glancing disrespectfully, or have my children pawned to pay off my bad credit card debt, or have my entire town killed off brutally in some minor local skirmish between aristocrats. Nevertheless as of the recent Supreme Court ruling equating money with free speech, most of us now I can say have been cut down to being peons again, that is, non persons politically and economically, persons with no say about the future, their compensation, or contractual rights, and no access to those who are in positions of power. Think you do? Go to your Senators or Congress persons next $10,000 or $25,000 a plate dinner. Yeah sure. Your letter makes as much effect as the guys kicking down tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands. You get a nice auto reply letter, they get legislation. Go to your creditors, insuranc ecompany, health provider, employer, bank, Phone service, internet service, etc and say hey, uh I would like to renegotiate this contract , yeah right, pay up,. read the fine print and pay, you want different terms? Are you crazy?

Still Counting Beans

The government and the Tea Party and the majority of media wonks and all are still counting beans. We only got so many beans.

No one seems concerned that no one knows where or how the beans counted are brough forth and granted usefull title to functionality. No one knows who decides or how they decide. And no one knows where all bean go to when the shit hits the fan and all of a sudden all your stuff is worthless and all your savings disappear and there are no beans to be found anywhere.

Cut spending, raise spending, do this , do that, tax this, tax that, take from the poor give to the rich, take from the rich give the middle class blah blah blah blah. Its like trying to build a house with a group of highly highly educated policy wonks and all they can accomplish is getting a bunch of bricks and wood and wires and pipes and paint and they all sit around arguing about how to build a house and they attempt to go at it with great vigor and none can agree on how to put it together, while off to the side sits an architect with a toolbox saying here here, look, we have the plan, knowledge, and the tools, right here a box of tools, and I know how to manage the job, but the PHD wonks just kill the architect and go on about some mysterious free spirit of building and the inevitable nature of buildings to become built by sheer willpower and force of the indisputable rationality of the individuals fighting one against one and all against all to achieve the best results.

The tool in our global economy is money and the blindness is that it is controlled by banks and private institutions and allowed to be traded. We and our representatives are fighting tooth and nail to build a use full functioning economy and the main tool, money is out of our control and the directions for how to set up a different way are ignored and denied to even exist.

The Parable of Time.

Once upon a money there was a world where time had been appropriated as a cultural confabulation and a certain section of the society there had made it a rule that everybody had to pay them for every second of every day because time had been conceived of and computed by them and there for they owned the time.

This may seem astounding to us here in our rational monetary society but in this society there had been no conception of or accounting of time and they had a very egalitarian system of transacting business and trade for thousands of years and then in one century some scientists came up with the notion of living beings being stuck in time.

So they invented little machines called time pieces and convinced people that they needed to have this time thing and that they had to pay for it with time. This society never invented money as it was an egalitarian libertarian place up till the invention of time.

For the service of time keeping all one had to do originally was to sign a contract that one would come and contribute a small amount of time to the timekeepers. Somehow over the centuries this evolved gradually to where the elite timekeepers had everyone giving over 10% then 20% then 30% of their time for the service of timekeeping and all sorts of institutions arose to keep track of time and how much all your free time was worth and how much time you had to contribute to the time keepers for that time. Until today when we come upon this society in collapse and saw them all befuddled and no one could manage to have enough time left over after they used their time for what they needed they would not have enough time left over for the timekeepers and thus the timekeepers would have to come round and take away the possessions of the time cheaters and make rules penalizing them and kicking them out of the time system. The various nations of this world broke up into warring factions and started trading time in all sorts of creative and amazing ways and were constantly at war over who owed who how much time.

Then someone came up with an amazing solution: What if we just used clocks for free and everyone used time universally as a tool granted by the creator??? We don’t need timekeepers and to keep track of how much time is owed and how much time is taxed all we need is a universal agreement that time is free and we can all use it.

This guy was promptly declared a heretic and crucified and the civilization went on to have wars and destroyed its planet as we can see on the transmissions we received recently from their planet.

Silly eh?

Once upon a time there was a world where people traded stuff amongst themselves and one day one of them thought hey folks, why don’t we make these metal things into symbols of our stuff and trade these instead of trying to figure out how many eggs equal so many apples or so many boards. Then some few started being more clever than others and they piled up big mounds of these metal symbols, these ones got more and more powerful and eventually became a ruling class, then some ne thought hey why not put these symbols in a safe place called a bank, and soon some few humans ended up symbolically and culturally owning everything and the rest of us own nothing, and culturally are nothing, and on until now even the ruling classes and the nation states are ensnared in a system where they themselves are enslaved to some bizarre system where they don’t even own themselves anymore . All are enslaved to the machines of money and interest and inflation and none can see then master.

Solutions: Electric Transmission Right of Ways

So lovely.  And there is at least 30,000 miles of these in the USA alone.

Lets do some math.
30,000 miles of electric towers.   One tower every 500 feet maybe?
While we convert to the new smart grid why not get really smart.

Thats on the order of 300,000 or more towers.  So why not make the towers where ever the wind blows into wind turbine towers over the lines?  Hey if 25% of them are in good spots that is 75,000 wind turbines.   If these were modest 1 megawatt turbines they would generate   75,000 megawatts, or enough electricity to power up 75 million homes.  Potentially replacing fifteen Five Gigawatt nuclear plants.  Of course wind turbines can now be built up to 5 megawatt capacity meaning potentially with 75,000 turbines spread geographically all over the country a lot of them would be spinning and producing electricity at any given time.  

While we are at it why not also have a wall of Photovoltaice down the right of way wherever the sun shines nicely, a wall that would be about four or five panels high running for 30,000 miles, now that is one hell of a lot of electricity on top of 75,000 wind turbines, and how nice the utility lines run right to where the electricity is needed.  What are we stupid???  10,560 Pv  panels per mile, lets say we can use 10,000 miles of utility right of way, that is 105 million solar panels at perhaps 500 watts per panel???   We are talking like replacing ten 5 gigawatt nuke plants at this rate.  And the biggest hazard of this scheme? We would have a lot of photovoltaic panels to recycle into new panels in about 25 years.

Now most of those utility line right of ways are 200-300 foot wide swaths cut right through just about everything. Perhaps 3/4 of the distance is over low density rural and out of city lands so why not take stretches of the right of way and grade it out nicely and grow corn or switch grass on that and harvest it to make bio fuels?  How many acres in 22,500 mile strip of land an acre wide???   About 600,000 acres, now that is a lot of biofuel. 

The electric transmission utility right of ways are already ugly smears on the landscape and it should not bother anyone much to add in the Photvoltaic wall and the turbines and to grow crops all along the corridor.

This could be the roof of every Home Depot, Wall Mart, Safeway, Mall, Warehouse, etc.  there are tens of thousands of such buildings and if most had Photovoltaic roofs this would mean no more need for any more coal or nuclear or natural gas plants.

Solutions :Geothermal Heat VS Natural Gas Fracturing

 Drilling for Heat Pumps instead of Drilling for Natural Gas

At this time huge areas of the United States are being destroyed in order to get natural gas out of the ground with a process where they drill holes in the ground, a lot of holes and inject batches of toxic chemicals down the hole and then explode the stuff.  This fractures up the underlying rocks usually shale of some sort and then the natural gas in the vicinity can be sucked out of the ground.   I have seen pictures of these fields in Montana on the Rocky Mountain front from the air and it is almost unbelievable, miles and miles and miles of hilly prairie lands first covered with roads snaking every which way and then big bulldozed areas with wells almost every 500 or 1000 feet in  a grid and next to each well a bunch of small utility building and usually a dug out retention pond for the toxic liquids, and all these wells are then attached to pipelines that form a pipeline spider web across the landscape.   It is unbelievable that anyone in their right mind would conceive of such a way to get some gas out of the ground and unbelievable that all these wells could be built, roads put in and pipelines laid could be put in and actually have any return to anyone unless heavilly subsidized, which of course they are as the companies are not paying the real cost now or in the long term for all the damages they are doing.

This Natural Gas Fracking craze is the latest stumble in our societies addiction to oil.  We are going in to the late stages and demanding our drug of choice be delivered no matter what the price or the consequence.




In our stupidity we are destroying huge swaths of our country and destroying the water tables for gas mostly to heat homes which are built to really low standards and mostly just radiate all the heat energy to the outside air.  A great thing if you are a gas utility that wants to sell lots of Gas at high prices to people who don't know any better.

But we know better.
We could have a building code that requires all heated buildings to be designed and insulated to use 75-90% less energy to heat.  This is a technology and know how that we have right now this very minute.

We could have a program to bring all existing buildings up to the same standard over the next ten years.  This is a technology that we have right now his very minute.

As for all those drilling companies we also have a technology that could then take the buildings which would be 75% more energy efficient and make those 80% more efficient.  It is called the geo thermal heat pump.  That means right now today all bull shit from politicians and the energy industry pushed in the shit can, we can have buildings that use 90%-95% less energy!  Really, truely, and with technology that is 1000's of years old.  So when some sleaze bag from Exxon Mobil or some Right Wing Think Tank policy Wonk gets on the soap box and pours  fourth the pablum that we must invest billions and billions in research and development for decades and decades before we can think about getting off the oil and gas it is pure 100% nonsense.

We could make it the building code that all buildings where it is possible have geothermal heat pumps.   Look out your window, is there ground out there?  Yes?  Well OK, you could park one of those natural gas drilling rigs on that ground and drill a hole 100-400 feet deep and insert pipes in that hole and connect those to a box about the size of a refrigerator next to your house and it would heat your house for about 20% of what your current heat system does.   This is technology we have right now this very minute.  This could be applied to about 80% of all heated buildings in the entire country.  Maybe more if engineers could figure out how to put in a lot of deep holes under major cities.

We use I believe about 30% of our energy to heat buildings.  If that were cut 80% then we could grow our economy for another 50-100 years and have energy use go down.

The solution of drilling for heat pumps instead of drilling for natural gas.

And by the way heat pumps work in reverse so they also cool homes and buildings 80% more efficiently than conventional cooling systems and with the same equipment.

Then at some point in the future after we have efficiently designed  buildings and heating systems  and homes we can work on  ways to get new high tech energy resources to provide for sensible use of , but in fact we could double the US population and have energy use go down for the next 50 years.

Why do we not do this?  Because gas and oil and electric utilities are huge capital intensive corporations which make a lot of money and pay a lot of dividends and the idea of a half century of declining returns scares the hell out of them and their bought off employees in Congress and the Senate.

The Allegory of The Cave

Remember this one from Philosophy? This is the key to breaking out of the trap what it is generally bull shitted to refer to by highly educated philosophers and sociologists.

It goes sort of like this in the traditional Allegory of the Cave:

A bunch of slaves are chained to a wall in a cave facing the dark back wall, and have been so chained all their lives in the dark, while up above behind them is a fire in front of which some demented socio-psycho-philosopher is putting on puppet shows and placing objects in front of the fire. The reality of those chained to the wall is that the shadows are reality, a book is not a book, but the shadow, and on and on thus that all things they experience are not the things themselves.

Now the general leap to conclusion is that this was Plato showing the wise that they thusly cannot know anything as all experience in the human consciousness is a reflection of the real world and thus we actually know nothing of the real world, all that we see hear and feel is just a representation.

What I say is Bull Shit.

The Allegory of the Cave is the lesson taught to and for the Rich and Powerful. The lesson is that in order to maintain power the ruling class must keep the majority, and especially the philosophers and the educated and the professionals and the managers chained to that wall enthralled by the shadows cast by a powerful all encompassing set of premises and social constructions which keep them chained to the wall and blinded to all other possibilities.

Money = Real things. Religion = Off world God. Accumulation of Wealth in Symbolic Accounting Systems = The Only Way to Have Human Relations. War = a necessary Evil. Social Systems take Centuries or Millenia to Change. The Natural World is here For us to Exploit and Convert to whatever at the moment makes a quick symbolic profit.

So that’s it folks. The chains are deeply embedded and run back thousands of years to when your ancestors were enslaved, made to be indentured warriors or servants and denied of all any rights for centuries while being beaten down by the shadows cast by religion and feudal governments and then by enlightenment science and technology and now by a global fascism of war and corporate dominance.

The Green Phoenix Allegory of Money.

You are chained to your cultural epoch, the chains are invisible yet they bind you tightly to illusions cast brightly by religion and education and the certain and swiftly painful yanking back into darkness that accompanies any turn towards the light. The shadows dance and frolic all the time cajoling and enticing you towards a dream. All real things are converted to symbols, all life to death, peace to war, and freedom is crunched into what is called free market and democracy and rewards for the competitive. You jerk on the chains from time to time and the result is dismissal, jail, bankruptcy, ridicule for not playing the game, they come and take away your possessions, you say I am free I do not want to pay taxes, I do not believe the government has rights to my land, I want to build a house as I see fit not to some code, I think animals or fish or birds or plants have rights, they jerk your chain tight and call you a lunatic, as no free rational person could have such notions of freedom and life, look back in to the brightly cast shadows and be a true believer or suffer the consequence. You say no, War is wrong, and they say you are a crazed unpatriotic weakling who must be shunned, you say using up all of nature for short term profit is absurd and they say you are deranged and cannot comprehend the all encompassing way of the universe and that you must participate or be confined. You go out and search for things that do not exist as they cannot exist in a shadow world in the shadow world real things are not possible. Every thing in the shadows is converted from reality to symbolism, every human action is reduced to a monetary transaction, every good is converted to evil, and all sustenance is turned against its nature and made into a shadow in the books of accountants and the essence stolen away by men and woman who thrive on the consumption of the soul of the word and the universe.
The shadow of the converted reality goes hand to hand, credit card to electronic transfer, consumer to producer, person to person, all blind and alienated from reality, trading and bartering in absurd reductionistic conversion of reality and life to death in the shadow of money. War money, Food money, housing money, fish money, dog money, children money, health service money, tree money, wood money, dirt money, nuclear bomb money, stock money, wife money, death money, bread money, cheap useless crappy products money, quality money, book money, idea money, law money, sewage money, taxes money, clothing money, accounting for money money, fun money, addicition money, air money, water money, heat money, sex money, entertainment money, death money, liberation money, freedom money, slavery money. And you cannot even see it, you cannot like a fish in water you cannot see it, the chains are invisible currents running so deep and embedded in a million channels within the shadows reaching into the far past and entangled in every religious and economic institution such that you are bound tight by the strands and kept enslaved by the nurturance and sustenance almost completely. You become befuddled and confused when you are for a moment undistracted from the roaring blaze stoking the fire that casts the shadow. The halo of liberation appears and it so contradicts your reality in every way that you are shocked and afraid to even look upon it as possible. For a moment perhaps you see a glimmer of something, a loosening of the chains, for a little bit you see a hope, a better way, some movement, or some small thing that opposes the darkness, but then are gripped in thrall again, a stock report, a tug from the chains of academia, another study some more polls, another extinction banally reported as infotainment, the history channel, green planet, NPR regaling you with martial music and important sounding announcers lulling you back into submission and surrender, after all we in the rich world have it so swell just add some more to that 501-K plan, maybe refinance the house, perhaps a change in careers? Move to a less populated area and build a green home? Your friends, your family, your career, the mortgage my god what about the mortgage or the rent payment for god sake!
Ah no, no that glimmer, that lightness of being, that reasonable possible ultimately sensible way is just nonsense, stupid , even insane. It is all so complicated and look at how much Money they have anyway, the corporations and the banks and the big evil government and its gigantic awe and terror war machines all over the whole planet… better to just go with the flow and get by with the good life before it all goes to hell and the glimmering shimmering dream cast by the fires is so enticing and beautiful when one really does get down and consider the whole thing, could the economic dream machine, the money power machine stokers of the fires casting the shadows and bestowing the shadow illusion money that sustains us all be wrong?? Could they be wrong? Could it possibly be that life and death and food and trees and animals and birds and wolves and whales are not convertible to generally acceptable principles of accounting? How could it be that counting up all things using mathematics and having the cleverest or most evil person gain control of everything by manipulating symbols representing the conversion of the whole world to death be wrong??? .

How could that possibly be true because that is fucking insane.

Possible problems:  The entire Northern Hemisphere becomes contaminated and cancer especially lung and skin cancers sky rocket.

For virtuous behavior to be possible, human beings must not hold any beliefs which are false, for if they did it might be possible for these false beliefs to form the premises of arguments which lead to the conclusion that another, true belief is false.   The Stoics agree with Socrates that, if we want to have a really good life, a life of the sort that humans beings are programmed and constructed to have, we have to have knowledge of certain facts, in the first instance of the world around us , we need to be sure that what we think we know we really do know; and we need to have a theory which explains how this is possible.  Now the Stoics distinguished between opinion, a variable epistemic state characteristic of human beings who are not sages, and knowledge which only the sage possesses.

Fact: if you close the garage door and sit in the garage running the car you will die.

Opinion:  Well I think breathing CO2 is good and healthy, I am going to heat my home out of my cars tailpipe.

Fact:   Mercury and other heavy metals are bad for breathing
Opinion:  Mercury and heavy metals being a hazard for human health is just nonsense.

Fact:  Concentrating too much wealth leads to absolute corruption
Opinion: Wealth in any amount is a good thing as it causes all men to strive for becoming rich.

Fact: Most humans do not strive for wealth and power and are creative and productive by nature
Opinion:  Humans are born in Sin and and are intrinsically evil only a harsh brutal competitive world can create any good.

Fact: War is not healthy for humans and other living beings
Opinion:  War is a necessary component of a great democracy so long as civilized discourse and deliberation direct the violence towards appropriately considered goals.

If you were a corporation who would you want to win the election for an important leadership position?

Well you probably got it right you would prefer B.  And if you could get even 20% dolts elected and in office then you could really gum up the works and get your desired result:  Ineffective directionless governance.

It does seem to me that we have about 50% incompetent leadership and the works are getting really seriously jammed with Bull Shit.

Back to Negligence

You will not here the politicians talking about the main problem with the current intention financial economic crises.  As it is not a financial crises.  It is not a budget crises.  It is not a not enough money crises.  It is not a crises of there not being enough workers and small business in the United States to fulfill all that this nation needs to be run well and prosperous. 

You will not hear them say, Well Cap Pig you know if you have a nation of people making $25 an hour then you have an economy 10 times bigger than it is now and then all the business gets to dig in to all that extra money created.   If you create money by paying out a reasonable standard to the disabled and poor elderly and students and the unemployed then that creates a huge cycle of business that keeps on rolling.

You will not hear them say the reason there are all these budget shortfalls is because the average persons wages have fallen for 40 years.  Simple logic here, if governments are reliant on taxes on incomes and money spent if you squeeze peoples incomes then simply rationally the income to governments goes down.
If you combine that with cutting taxes on the big business and wealthy who now take more and more of the income due to lower and lower incomes of their minions then again you cut government income.

This is not good.  Our government is "Our government"  The people of the USA's government.  We pay it and support it to do our bidding.

You won't hear them say that either.

You won't hear any top level politicians speaking out loud that the biggest corporations are in fact international corporations not United States Corporations, not in any way having any real concern for the benefit of the USA or it's continuation or survival as a democracy or as a nation of free or prosperous people.  You won't hear them say that they are beholden to a new international elite that knows no boundaries and respects no laws and has no limits on it's ability to do whatever it pleases by the very  reality of its huge and overwhelming combined resources which dwarf even the United States government.

No you won't hear of the Nanny corporations, or that international corporations have too much power and too much money and get too much of your income in gasoline charges, credit interest, utility bills, the cost of your housing and how much you pay for everything.

No you won't hear from the leadership that your taxes are hugely excessive because the corporations do not employ enough people nor pay the majority of those employed enough so that they can live a decent life as they can foist those expenses off on the government, all the while claiming it is the "Nanny government" instead of the negligent corrupt corporation that has caused the problems.

You won't hear the leaders asking when this so called destructive-creative capitalism will creatively destruct the oil and auto and coal and electric and war machine industries and form up a new industrial paradigm.

NO you won't hear any such from the current leadership, because we do not have a leadership.  We have a totalitarian system in which the folks bought and paid for are the house servants of the masters. 

And if our elected negligent vision less non leaders are the house servants then you got to figure that the rest of us are just the field slaves.

How long can an entire nation  be told that freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength, and war is peace???

Libya : Duped Again

Green Phoenix absolutely views war as not green and not sustainable. 

This Libya invasion and the civil war there prior to it is most amazing.  I guess they figure the US and the general world populations are just suckers to be sold the daily lie, or the daily version from the ministry of truth.

First of all for Libya to go 42 years under the so called tyrant we are now attempting to get rid of or have leave or don't know actually what we want to happen, that tyrant  must have had covert support and approval of the USA and the European powers.   All the bull and all the state department shenanigans and all the posturing all those years were pure appearance politics for the masses. 

What has happened now is that in the civil war in Libya  whoever it is the USA was backing is now loosing.  Things are not going our way and hence we intervene.  Do you really believe that your 100 billion a year secret services and your Trillion Dollar a year Global Military machine could not  have any idea what is going on in a small desert dictatorship?  Would they lie to us?  You bet they would.  It is all for "National Security"

"National Security"  Defined as, it is a secret because it is so corrupt and against all your values that you would demand that all those involved be imprisoned and all their assets turned over to the people, thus all records must be sealed until everyone involved is dead.

My prediction:  Oil will go up in price.  Libya will be divided and conquered. Someone will get the tens of billions of dollars of oil wealth squirreled away in western banks, and you can bet it will not be the Libyan people.  The new Libya or the new Libya and the other non oil Libya will need to be enslaved to western interests and all the planes and tanks destroyed in our invasion will have to be repurchased from western powers with loans to the Libyan people, profiting the Libyan elite and the Western powers.  Western Corporations and western security firms will descend upon Libya and reap huge profits from rebuilding the oil infrastructure and getting all of Libya's Oil out of the ground as expoitativley  and profitably as possible.

If the Libyan resistance is strong there may be an Iraq style drawn out terror period inflicted by the US and hundreds of thousands of Libyans will be killed, most of the infrastructure of the nation will be destroyed in the name of depriving the enemy of resources and comforts, and the nations best and brightest will head for the exits and emmigrate to other places.

And the news and the state department will guarantee their man is put in power and that all are told of the great democratic revolution and the success of free market capitalism over tyranny.

And there will be no mention of the huge environmental destruction, the huge releases of toxic chemicals and oil in to the environment, the depleted uranium munitions spread all over the place, the waste of oil and metals and all the things used to get the military there on target.  No mention of the lands destroyed and polluted and no mention of the impact once again on an entire nation being terrorized by machines flying through the air and dropping highly environmentally hazardous devices that explode and kill all within range indescriminately of wether they are freind or foe, human or animal or bird or plant.

Equinox and Capitalism

A though Experiment for those who might consider human symbols as the driving force of human life.

Imagine that as of March 21st, instead of the days lengthening and spring and then summer coming, the earth for some reason flopped over and reversed it's orientation and the days started getting shorter again?  And we were to get a second winter, followed by the seasons resuming normal behavior.

Ah yes, we would face mass starvation as instead of all the worlds farmers planting and harvesting we would have a second winter.  Mass livestock die off with no grains, mass collapse of all the food industries with no resupply of all the natural grown inputs to the food industry and civilization would probably collapse  All merely from one skip in the seasonal progression of the earth and suns dance in the Heavans.

This thought experiment is to get the thought process going.  What are we really dependent on?

What is our real source of Capital? 

If the sun did not shine then how much money would it take to re-finance a new one?

Automobile Evolution

The car that drives itself I believe will be an important part of sustainable transportation.  A world of Nine Billion people driving 5 Billion Cars is certainly an unsustainable and not very aesthetic world in any case.

The solution is that the personal and unique automobile needs to die and the era of the basic utility car needs to be ushered in, along with a global initiative to build an integrated mass transit system.

But to the issue of the car that can drive itself.  Instead of having 5 Billion car which sit useless 95% of the time and while in use clog up roads and parking spaces we could have perhaps 500 million  utility cars globally.

Instead of owning a car cars would be a utility owned by a service provider.  Cars would be capable of driving themselves anywhere any time.  And cars would be out fitted with a basic card reader that a user would insert to start up and then insert to record when done.  The cars would have several micro cameras for scanning the interior to keep the user responsible for abuse and damages and or leaving the car a mess after use.

In this future when you need a car you make a call, or send a text to the universal car service server and the system searches all the cars in use and not in use and simply has the nearest available unit drive to where you are, or if nearby gives you the walking instructions to get to it.   This system could extend to utility vehicles such as pick up trucks and vans for those who need such from time to time but not for business purposes.

This system could work well in High density population areas.  And most of us rarely think about it but according to government studies the average car costs you $8000 a year to own and operate over time.
That is like taking a 20 dollar Bill and flushing it down the toilet every day!  Whether or not you even use it (the car not the toilet).
Riding mass transit or getting a utility car for perhaps 10 dollars a shot would be a bargain.

Of course this would require that Global-continental-state-local integrated  mass transit system that the current power structure abhors even having a discussion about, so that no one needed a car most of the time anyway.

Nuclear Insanity

Boiling water with radioactive materials to spin steam turbines is kind of a  dumb ass way to make a lot of electricity.   It does however function as a wonderful way to concentrate huge amounts of capital for the bean counters.  Once these water boilers are built using huge government subsidies and gigantic secretive contracts to put together the suppossed high tech steam boilers which create obscene profits for all the big international contractors then the owners want them to operate for 50 or 60 years so as to maximize returns on their illusionary paper investments.  You pay for the Nuke, and you pay for all the profits and then you pay for the juice coming out of the thing.  Great deal.  

A nuke at 10 billion dollars to provide electricity for what?   For 10 Billion they could have superinsulated millions of homes and put photovoltaices on the roofs..  But that does not concentrate your paycheck upwards into one place where it can be put to use as proper non earned income.  

The current disaster clearly shows the absurdity of building nuclear water boilers.  In any long term sustainable world, lets say thinking our civilization were to last 1000 years even, the rate of these things getting hit by disasters is just unacceptable.   But we of course are just looking at next quarters earnings not 1000 years out.

So please tell your congress person or senator that you would like to get beyond boiling water with dangerous atomic elements and would much prefer a super insulated house and photovoltaics and smart electric grids and stuff designed to use less electricity and heresy maybe even a reduction in the use of electronic devices and a return to good old stuff made out of things like wood and metal.

Pretty damn simple. 

Free speech = Money New Party "Bills and Ficts"

If the Supreme Court ruling that money equals free speech is to be held on to as one of our Highest ideals of democracy and justice then we should really continue following this way of looking at the world to its highest and best fruition in governance.


If competition in our perfect world of free markets weeds out the weak and rewards the strongest and best who then rise to the top as the current wealthiest 400 American have.  If money equals free speech,  then we can conclude that these 400 persons best and wisest of us all now have free speech rights equal to 1/2 of the US population. 

I think it is time we have a fourth branch of Government.  The house of Billionaires, or Bills for short. 

And a house of Fictions, with the CEO's of the 50 largest corporations and 10 Largest Banks sitting in its governing council.

These would replace the house and senate as old worn out inefficient institutions of slavery and oppression upon those who have free speech rights.  The Bills and the Ficts having done real work in the real world and having attained proof of moral and economic standing by their very stature are the only viable candidates to rule us with wisdom and make proper and right decisions about what the country is going to do.

This would eliminate all the messy politics and whining and snivelling about the Bills and Ficts contolling congress and the senate and they would just take control directly.  A much more honest and fulfilling system than the bizzare craziness we now have.

The Bills would write all the law and these would be kept secret.  then the Ficts would write up the version to be released to the public which would just be nice politically correct fun ways of bringing the law to the people so that no one need get worried or upset about anything ever again.

Fewer persons than are seated in the US congress have as much wealth as 1/2 of the nation.

35 CEO's can command more resources than the US government.  

Money is free speech.  Guess who will get their wishes and desires fulfilled.

March 2011 Crises Review

From the MArch 5th Economist Global statistics page.

Crises is over.  At least one would conclude that looking at the awesome returns on almost every market globally, the change upward in industrial production etc across the board.

You won't read about it or hear about it as the whole "crises" is one big con job.

The unreported crises is in those numbers:
Commodities are up almost 50% and food as well up 50% year over year.
And most recently not reported yet oil up 25% now probably up 35% year over year.

Also not reported is the growing new explosion of the price for farm land thanks to that explosive growth in food prices.....  IN the US we are overpaying for food and manufactured products by 90% due to our hugely exploitative capitalist system of all the money going to those who do nothing.  But at some point the rising prices of food and commodities will kick in ,  I would guess soon especially if current trends keep going another 50% or 100% increase in a year or over a few years will start to become a real big percentage of the cost of production and all the capitalist middle men will then need the increase plus all increases in all their intermediary charges.

Oil is at its peak production and the industry and the pundits will use problems and wars etc to justify the rising cost rather than the real reason that Oil is at its peak and will become more and more valuable and hence more and more of a prize and hence more and more conflict over who gets it.  .

Take a look at the March National Geographic page 72.  Very nice graphic illustrating how the Global economy was 5.3 Trillion in 1950, and is now $55 Trillion, about Ten times larger than 1950.  That is a mind boggling example, as that means the World War Two world was Ten times smaller in terms of stuff humans took out of the natural environment and used and threw away, and that means now today if the world economy grew at lets say 5% for two years, between now and 2013 we would increase the use of resources and increase output by the amount of the entire global economy in 1950!  

At some point, like a pond with an infestation of toxic oxygen depleting  bacteria in it growing exponentially, one day everthing is perfect, then a small zone is taken over and it grows doubling in size daily, maybe it takes years and years for that infestation to fill up and destroy half the pond and even on that day the day that half the pond is destroyed and half is OK, even on that day things may appear pretty good in the half that is not yet toxic.... But the very next growth period kicks the whole thing over and then the entrie system collapses.

Are we in that pond?  The big Blue Marble Pond?  And are we the toxic infestation?

Look at the box on page 72 of National Geographic, picture it as a globe, the planet earth, and think about that little box for 1950, and the huge box for 2011, and wonder how much of the Globe would that box fill?  Are we half way there yet?  Many would say we are past halfway needing 2.5 planet earths to sustain our current over consumption and or totally waste full and inefficient use of everything.    

The real crises is our system of finance and banking money and control combined with the materialist rationality of converting all things living and not living to commodities and spread sheet numbers.

 The truth is all over the place on FSTV, in books reviewed on CSPAN all the time, in hundreds and thousands of publications and Web PAges.  Being brought out by many organizations and advocated even by many in the top echelons of the system.  So why is the exact opposite of what needs to be done being done???       

Slow Money

Slow money looks like a good movement towards starting a financial alternative to normal banking and investment which invests in alternative agriculture and green industry and job creation.

Next Decade see smart computers replacing:

A Corporate dream world where we no longer need anyone to do anything as 99% of professional and legal and technical services can be done by smart machines with human drones to do the drudge work.

But of course super fast computers and mini micro servos may soon make the ultimate corporat wet dream a fully functional robot that can do anything a human can do except one thing better:

A computer or a robot can be programmed to never ever ask for compensation or benefits.

Maybe the professionals will wake up and get organized in time, but the time is coming where human beings will not be needed to serve the corporation at all.

This is the Minimum Wage needed for there to be no social security and no government sponsored health care…..but still does not address the 20-40 million who cannot work.

Remember that the poor folks making over $250,000 were recently crying about getting taxed more, and that $250,000 was a difficult income to live on, but had enough extra influence to get that tax beat down to defeat. So %61,873 is merely a poverty wage by that standard.

Example to prove that there is more than enough money (GDP) sloshing around to accomplish this scheme:

$61,874 Annual Income for 150 Million persons in the US equals

$9,281,062,500,000 150 million $61,874 incomes is only 9.3 Trillion! (There were less than 150 Million tax returns)

US GDP was 15 Trillion last year so that would leave 5.7 Trillion for the Rich. And since most people spend most of their money it would really mean a whole lot more for the rich and local and state governments and all the related businesses providing health care and retirement and housing and the rest of the economy.

The Green Phoenix says: Minimum Wage $30.00 an Hour. And Minimum Welfare allotment to anyone unemployed for any reason equal to a $15.00 an hour salary.

Progressives wake up. Demand it. No Compromise. Throw them all out unitll the demands are granted. The Right Wing is going for all their Demands we should do no less.

Gotcha

First they broke up the industrial unions and sent all the jobs overseas, and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they broke down the trades unions and brought wages down for all the trades workers and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they took away health care and charged for it and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they embezzled and took away the workers retirement benefits and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they somehow lied about inflation for five decades and did not increase wages and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they came for the public union employees and broke them down so there was no longer any standard for a good life and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they came for all those who had benefits from before and cut those off, and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then they came and embezzled the wealth of the nation through stock market and real estate bubbles and made the super rich divinely rich, and I did not speak out as I was a professional.

Then one day I woke up and saw that my home was underwater, my retirement accounts on the plunge, the kids unemployed living in the basement, and what I thought was a live able income had become a pittance and they came for me, saying who are you? Why should you get a decent income and any benefits, no one else does? Who do you think you are anyway? And alas there was no one left to speak out for me.

Income Distribution Ruling a Bike Club

For the sheer amusement of it I made up a bike club that would work like the US economy.

The Freinds of Capitalism Forever Mountain Bike Club

This club has access to 1000 miles of Mt bike trails and has 1000 members.
Members are listed in order of income low to high from 1-1000. Members can only ride on the trail mileage equal to their share of the clubs income, just like freedom in the USA. The members income distribution matches the IRS 2009 Stats.

The first 266 club members only have 3.3 % of the clubs members income and they are only allowed to ride on 28 of the 1000 miles of trails. As in the real economy they get less than their statistical share. These 266 get the low muddy swamps and are not allowed on dry or improved trails at all In addition these members are required to work on all the trails, except the top 158 miles which are exclusively maintained by world class trail building contractors for the ultra club members only.

The next 208 members are allowed to ride on 75 miles of trail as they have 7.9% of the club members total income, they can also ride on the 33 miles of swamp if they wish, but they mostly ride on the 75 miles that the first 266 cannot ride on. their trail are merely poorly maintained jeep tracks and log roads. These members are also required to work on all the trails except the top ultra members trails but these members are allowed to work with better tools and use machinery.

The next 180 members get to ride on some average low grade trails with 117 miles reserved for them as they have 12.1 percent of the club membership income. These members are also required to work on the trails but they also have to make reports to the upper management.

The next 217 members get to ride on 262 miles of good quality trails as they have 22.3 % of the clubs income, and all the other trails under their status. These members don't work on trails but manage the work and are required to just go to meetings and make plans and set up work markers and file reports on what got done.

The next 97 members get to ride on 219 miles of trails exclcusive to them and their superiors and these trails are in great shape, with lots of fun features and always properly drained. These members exclusive job is to oversee the work of all the other members and attned board meetings when the board calls on them.

The next 24 members get to ride on the sweetest most buffed smooth flowy trails in the forest and they get 120 miles of these exclusively, and have to share them only with the top echelon 8 riders, and of course can ride on all the other trails under their status as well. These members just go to board meetings if they feel like it, usually bribing the lower members to vote for whatever they want.

The next 6 members get an exclusive penultimate 112 miles of groomed and raked daily trails with gondola service, an exclusive club house with international sharing with other world elite bike club members and a jet plane landing field in the valley. These members write all the rules behind the scenes and never venture on the other trails, though occasionally will ride on the next echelon down trails if they need to use them for something. If necessary they have private military and secret service clear the trails if they want to go ride on the rough and wild side.

The next One member has an exclusive 18 mile bike park with secret service detail.

And the Final Bike club member has 49 miles of private bike parks, in the sweetest most remote parts cordoned off with guards and behind tall brick walls. Only illegal immigrants and high clearance security personell rained in Mt bike trail building are allowed in these areas. And the other Billionaires from around the world can ride here as well coming in to this members private exclusive jet port and fully staffed private resort. This member has lawyers pass down the club law to the lower merely ultra rich members and usually has troublesome members die in unfortunate accidents on the trails.

And all was well with the Freinds of Capitalism Forever Bike Club with 2 members having about as much excellent trail as the bottom 500 members shit hole mud pits and of course having thousands and thousands of times the amenities and luxery and this was as it should be for ever and ever as is and forever ordained by the great Free Market Church of Chicago School Economics.

Especially as of 2010 when the Clubs supreme court of Biking Jurisdictions ruled that money equals free speech.
