We pledge and covenant each to all others that all goods and services produced and traded anywhere at any time by anyone are themselves the true and real and only value of commerce, that human beings and their sustainable communities are the capital and the base of all our needs.
That both the producer and the user of the good or service are necessary to both sides of all transactions and hence the producer and the consumer are equally to be compensated in all exchanges.
That those who cannot produce shall be allowed a base of exchange in order that those who can produce can be productively engaged in service, employment or enterprise.
That the means of exchange is a cultural construction and that all things of creation are here now and have been here forever not owned and not in debted or levied by any human or human constuction political, religious or economic and that we will henceforth not honor or consent to practices of taxation, usery, insurances, peonage, slavery, undercompensation, or non compensation exclusion from participation in the global exchange of goods and services.
